JTC has launched one industrial site under the second half of the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme. The site is located on Jalan Lam Huat off Kranji Road, and occupies an 82,825 sq ft area. It is zoned for Business 2 development with a gross plot ratio of 2.5 and has a 20-year lease period.

The site is the fourth plot to be released out of six in the 2H IGLS confirmed list. The remaining two sites are at Tuas South Link 3 and at Jalan Papan in Jurong South. The tender for the site at Jalan Lam Huat closes on Dec 26.
