JTC has launced a confirmed-list site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 24) for sale by public tender. It is the third of the six confirmed-list sites for the 1H2017 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

The 50,456 sq ft site is zoned for business 2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

The tender exercise closes on May 23.
