JTC has launched Confirmed List site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 1) and Reserve List site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 24) under the 2H2016 Industrial GLS programme.
The 56,548 sq ft site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 1) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. The tender closes on Jan 24, 2017.
The 50,456 sq ft site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 24) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.
