An 8,579 sq ft detached house at Lakeshore View changed hands for a whopping $23.8 million or $2,775 psf in October this year. This represents a new high in absolute quantum since 2014.
The deal marked the fifth bungalow transaction at Sentosa Cove this year, compared to four bungalow transactions last year.
Earlier this year, another 9,268 sq ft bungalow at Treasure Island fetched $22 million or $2,374 psf in February. Three of the total five transactions this year crossed the $2,000 psf mark, while all of the transactions in 2014 were below $ 2,000 psf.
