The high-floor unit is located at 1G Cantonment Road that was completed in 2011. Previously, a DBSS flat at 8 Boon Keng Road took the crown when it fetched $1.1 million in August.
13 five-room flat transactions have breached the $1 million mark this year, compared to nine transactions in 2015. All the transactions above $1 million in 2015 took place at Pinnacle @ Duxton.
