Homegrown co-working operator JustCo will manage its largest co-working centre in the Asia-Pacific when it opens the newly named JustCo Tower in Seoul’s Gangnam Business District in November this year. The 16-storey commercial building, formerly known as FL Tower,  is JustCo’s first lease of an entire building that will be transformed into a multi-level co-working space.

Spanning 140,000 sq ft, the building will be JustCo’s fourth co-working centre in South Korea in less than a year, following the opening of centres in Ferrum Tower, Seoul Finance Centre, and an upcoming centre at The Pinnacle Gangnam.

JustCo says the co-working building will offer a one-stop workspace solution to large organisations which see increasing value in a co-working space, as they can enjoy flexibility, cost savings, and access to JustCo’s regional network of co-working centres. “With JustCo Tower due to open in November 2019, we already have 60% of the space pre-leased,” says Kong Wan Sing, founder and CEO of JustCo.

JustCo Tower has views of the cityscape, and will boast private suites, hot-desking areas, and two event spaces. Other features include a multi-purpose rooftop lounge, a games area, phone booths, and sleeping pod rooms.

The investment from Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC, and property giant Frasers Property, is playing a vital role in fuelling JustCo’s rapid expansion across Asia, the company says. The two entities, along with JustCo, jointly invested US$177 million ($242.36 million) in May 2018 to fuel its regional plans.
