SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - WiredScore, the company behind digital connectivity and smart building rating systems WiredScore and SmartScore, has announced that Keppel REIT, Shaw Towers Realty and PAG are the first three building owners and developers in Singapore to commit to the WiredScore and SmartScore certifications.

This follows WiredScore’s recent launch of its Asia headquarters in Singapore in March as part of the firm’s global expansion. The three landlords currently each have a building seeking the certifications — Keppel REIT’s Keppel Bay Tower, a 386,000 sq ft office building at Harbourfront; Shaw Towers Realty’s Shaw Tower, a 33-storey building on Beach Road currently undergoing redevelopment that is managed by Lendlease, as well as PAG’s 400,000 sq ft StarHub Green building in Paya Lebar.

“Being the first three building owners and developers to commit to our certifications in Singapore, Keppel REIT, Shaw Towers Realty and PAG recognise the importance of best-in-class digital connectivity and technology-enabled user experiences,” says Thomasin Crowley, global director of APAC at WiredScore.
