SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Keppel Land and the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) have entered into a strategic partnership agreement as part of the Global Connect@SBF initiative. Under the partnership, SBF members and Singapore companies referred by GlobalConnect@SBF will be able to access Keppel Land’s KLOUD serviced co-offices.

KLOUD is Keppel Land’s co-working brand, which offers flexible and additional spaces for existing tenants and new businesses. It also provides customised solutions such as hot desks, meeting facilities and secretarial support services. In Singapore, KLOUD is opening a new co-working centre that occupies over 17,000 sq ft on the eighth floor of Great Eastern Centre.

As part of the partnership, SBF has established Singapore Enterprise Centre @ Jakarta (SEC@Jakarta) and Singapore Enterprise Centre @ Ho Chi Minh City (SEC@HCMC). They are located in Keppel Land’s KLOUD serviced co-offices in International Financial Centre Jakarta and Saigon Centre in Ho Chi Minh City, respectively.

Singapore businesses visiting SBF’s SEC@Jakarta and SEC@HCMC will be able to use KLOUD facilities while tapping the in-market services of SBF’s local market advisers based in Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh City. GlobalConnect@SBF’s services at these centres range from deal origination to facilitation, business matching, business set-up and business trip planning services.

Ben Lee, chief operating officer of Keppel Land, says: “As both landlord and operator of KLOUD, we are able to readily meet the evolving needs of tenants and offer flexible space solutions to facilitate the internationalisation of Singapore enterprises.”
