Updated, March 3, 2018, 11:08 p.m., to specify that only the Grand Tower at Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City began operations recently. Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh was an existing property prior to the opening of the Grand Tower.

Singapore property company Keppel Land announced on Feb 28 that the Grand Tower at Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City has begun operations. The 195-unit Grand Tower occupies levels 28 to 42 of Saigon Centre Tower 2, which in turn is part of Keppel Land’s mixed-use development Saigon Centre.

Rates at the Grand Tower start from VND3 million++ ($186++) per night, according to Keppel Land. Targeted at business and leisure travellers, the tower has studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, which are available for short-and long-term stay.

Amenities include 24-hour concierge service, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and access to the KLOUD serviced co-office centre on the 21st level – at preferential rates. The Grand Tower at Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City was designed by New York-based architectural practice NBBJ and is managed by Keppel Land Hospitality Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Land.

In 1996, Keppel Land completed Saigon Centre's first serviced residence component, Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City's Orchid Tower, which occupies levels 15 to 25 of Saigon Centre Tower 1. The Orchid Tower has 89 one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced apartments.

Together, Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City's Orchid and Grand Towers make up Saigon Centre's 284-unit serviced residence component.
