Knight Frank, in conjunction with London developer St. George, announced the launch of waterside homes under Fairwater House and a new marketing suite at Chelsea Creek.

The 104-unit Fairwater House units are a collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. They feature open plan living areas and a private balcony or terrace overlooking Chelsea Creek. Units are sized from 611 to 2,703 sq ft, prices start from £880,000 ($1.57 million).

Other lifestyle amenities include 24-h concierge services, spa and fitness suite, swimming pool, a steam room, Jacuzzi, and gymnasium. Designed by architects Squire & Partners, the development is part of a wider regeneration project, developing high quality residential living in the neighbourhood.

The new homes are set to exhibit in Singapore on Nov 11 and 12, at the Four Seasons Hotel, Windows East Room, 20/F.
