Knight Frank hires new director for workplace and strategic consulting

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Knight Frank Asia Pacific has hired Samarth Kasturia as its director and APAC lead for workplace & strategic consulting to its regional headquarters in Singapore.

Kasturia is a trained architect with a Master’s Degree in Finance and Investment, specialising in workplace and real estate strategy development. He has advised Fortune 500 clients including Royal Dutch Shell, Standard Chartered Bank, Total SA, Novartis, British Petroleum, Nestlé, Maersk, Uber and Facebook.

Kasturia will be joining Knight Frank’s occupier services and commercial agency team, which provides end-to-end consultancy for corporate tenants and landlords across office and industrial sectors, including transaction management, portfolio strategy, project management, and workplace strategy.
