SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Local real estate services company LHN Group has completed its acquisition of eight units in Fu Yuen Building at 75 Beach Road. (See also: LHN Group records net profit of $15.3 mil for 1H2021)

The group entered into an option to purchase the eight units in April this year for $16.8 million. The company announced on July 13 that it has completed the final payment towards the acquisition.

The purchase consists of eight units on the third to sixth floors of the six-storey building, and each floor consists of two units.

LHN Group says that it will convert the entire third and fourth floors into its new headquarters office. The headquarters will be moved from its current space at 10 Raeburn Park.

The company will convert the fifth and sixth floors of 75 Beach Road into a co-working and co-living space that will be managed by its residential brand, Coliwoo. In Singapore, the brand already manages over 800 co-living rooms in Balestier, Boon Lay and Bukit Timah.
