SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - The OWO Residences by Raffles, Europe’s first Raffles branded residences, has been launched for sale. (See also: Second Raffles Hotel to open on Sentosa in 2022)

The property comprises 85 serviced apartments, spanning studios to five-bedders. Prices for its two-bedroom units start from GBP5.8 million ($10.8 million).
The property is a revamp of the Old War Office in Whitehall, central London, where former British prime minister Winston Churchill used to report to duty. It was sold by the UK’s Ministry of Defence in 2016 to a consortium of Madrid-based OHL Desarrollos and India’s Hinduja Group.
Planned for completion in 2022, the development will also comprise a Raffles hotel with 125 rooms and suites, a collection of nine restaurants and bars, and an immersive spa.
Raffles Hotels & Resorts, which runs Raffles Hotel Singapore, will be operating both the hotel and serviced residences.
