Award-winning London developer Mount Anvil will launch for sale its latest development, Hampstead Manor, in Singapore at the Four Seasons Hotel over the weekend of Oct 1 and 2. Knight Frank has been appointed the marketing agent for the project.
Hampstead Manor comprises 125 luxury homes spread across 12 buildings, including 98 new builds, 54 conversions and a number of Grade II listed buildings. The landmark project is scheduled to be completed by 2Q2018.
The development is located on Kidderpore Avenue, just minutes from the centre of Hampstead Village and close to West Hampstead. It is also a short ride away from shopping districts such as Sloane Street, King’s Road and Oxford Street.
The first phase of homes to be released for sale include the Dudin Brown, Chapman and Rosalind Franklin buildings. Apartments range from 526 to 1,946 sq ft, with prices starting from £755,000 ($1.34 million).
