K16 Development's Atlassia in Joo Chiat sells 48% of total units on launch weekend

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Local boutique developer K16 Development has sold 15 residential units at its newest project Atlassia. The freehold mixed-use development in Joo Chiat was launched for sale on May 21.

The 31-unit project is located along Joo Chiat Place, and it comprises a row of nine conserved shophouses and a five-storey residential extension.

According to Grace Yang, project director of K16 Development the development managed to achieve a median price of $2,081 psf. “I am very thankful and grateful that the buyers are appreciative of our project. Its gives validation to what I do as a boutique developer,” she says.

The project features nine loft-style apartments on the second floor of the shophouses, and these units feature a ceiling height of 4.5m and a mezzanine floor. Meanwhile, the five-storey extension consists of one- to three-bedroom units.
