The luxury hotel element of the mixed-use One Crown Place in London is set to open in 2020. The 41-room boutique hotel is set in a restored Georgian terrace dating back to the early 1800s, and is located on Sun Street. The hotel’s name will be unveiled later this year.

The five-storey hotel comprises six Georgian townhouses which were designed by 18th century architect George Dance the Younger. Bespoke Hotels has been appointed to operate the hotel which will launch with premier double rooms starting from £295 ($546) per night.

The hotel will include a 100-seat restaurant and bar, as well as a private members club. The ground floor communal areas are interlinked and will house a public-facing deli, social café, a club lounge with a bar, and an adjoining library room. The reception parlour will also feature an art gallery. The rear of the property will feature a covered courtyard that will house diners from the restaurant.

The hotel is beside One Crown Place’s residential towers which comprise 246 apartments and 140,000 sq ft of premium office space. The residential development’s nine penthouses were launched last year, and residential sales of the South Tower will be released on March 1.

The mixed-use development is located between Old Street, Shoreditch, and the City of London. It is near the Liverpool Street station.
