Ng Hsueh Ling appointed the first head of APAC for Savills Investment Management

International real estate management firm Savills Investment Management (IM) has appointed Ng Hsueh Ling as head of Asia Pacific (APAC), excluding Japan. It is a new role within the firm. She will report to chief executive Alex Jeffrey when she joins the firm next month.

Ng joins Savills IM from Lendlease, where she was Singapore's managing director and country head for over six years. She has over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry, including eight years as CEO of Keppel REIT Management Ltd.

According to Savills IM, the new role was created to capitalise on strong, long-term economic growth and diversification of investment opportunities.

Savills IM is part of the Savills Group and currently manages US$1.5 billion of assets in the APAC region and US$7 billion of capital on behalf of APAC-based clients in global real estate.
