Office floor at Suntec Tower 1 for sale at $43 mil

The entire 31st office floor at Suntec Tower 1 is on the market for $43 million. Savills is the appointed marketing agent for the sale, which will be conducted through an expression of interest exercise that closes on Sept 14.

The office floor comprises three individual strata titles ranging from 3,735 to 4,758 sq ft, making up a total strata area of 12,282 sq ft. The entire floor is fully tenanted, ensuring stable and immediate rental income.

The asking price of $43 million translates to an average price of $3,501 psf on the strata area. Foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase, with no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty payable on the transaction.

“Following Savills’ recent successful sale of four full office floors at Solitaire on Cecil and multiple transactions at Suntec City, we have been receiving strong interest for prime Grade-A strata offices,” says Sophia Lim, director, investment sales and capital markets, at Savills Singapore.

She adds that Suntec City continues to be a favourite development among investors and end-users as it has Grade-A strata offices, a retail mall with a myriad of F&B and lifestyle options, and ample carparking space and transport connectivity.



“The offices on the high floors of Suntec City are always sought after, as they are arguably the only strata office development in the area that offer panoramic views of the Marina Bay Financial District, Kallang River, and the Singapore Sports Hub,” says Lim.
