“As a group, we’re growing in several different areas and we feel that now is the time to launch a service geared towards Singapore property. One Global Commercial Business will focus on the secondary market and provide our clients with a level of expertise they won’t get anywhere else,” says James Puddle, founder and CEO of One Global in a Feb 24 press statement.

Helming the new arm is Clarence Goh, who has joined the group as chief commercial officer of One Global Commercial Business. Goh, who has 18 years of experience in the industry, joins from PropNex Realty, where he was most recently head of corporate sales & auction services.

“I’m excited to be launching One Global Commercial Business. We’ve set out to create something truly special that will cater to the Singapore property market and provide speciality advisory services that you can’t get anywhere else”, says Goh.

One Global Commercial Business is designed to be a one-stop solution property consultancy that focuses on sales, leases and management across residential, commercial and industrial markets.

As part of its services, it will facilitate sales processes which include auctions, closed biddings, closed tenders, expressions of interest and private treaties.

New services will be launched throughout the year, which will include specialised services such as valuations, portfolio management, corporate leasing, and business space.

“Our core business plan will be executed gradually. The corporate sales business unit is already in place and the business will launch its first public property auction in the second quarter of 2022,” says Goh.
