At the inaugural EdgeProp Excellence Awards 2017, which was held at Pan Pacific Singapore, Ching Chiat Kwong, executive chairman and CEO of Oxley Holdings, was named the Real Estate Personality of the Year for his entrepreneurial spirit and for growing the company from a Singapore-centric developer to a global multi-billion-dollar behemoth in just seven years.

Ching Chiat Kwong’s son, Shawn, who recently joined Oxley, accepted the award on behalf of his father.
