On Dec 12, Oxley Holdings announced that it is acquiring Apartment 8, a freehold property at 21 Meyappa Chettiar Road in Potong Pasir, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Oxley Topaz. The total purchase price for the eight units is $21.53 million.

Apartment 8 has a land area of 9,667 sq ft that is zoned for residential use. Oxley says it intends to redevelop the property, subject to obtaining all the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
