SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) will be working together with Diversey to implement protocols in accordance with World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines.
One method that PPHG will be using is to use electrostatic sprayers to apply hospital-grade Oxivir disinfectant. It breaks down into water and oxygen after use, which is friendly to the environment.
Across the group’s properties, cleaning frequency will be increased by five-fold and the process will be enhanced. Linens will be laundered at 70°C.
Already in place are safe distancing measures, thermal scanning, and safe entry codes for contact tracing purposes. Guests and staff are required to wear masks and the use of hand sanitisers is encouraged.
PPHG will also use UV lights by Ultronic Systems to inspect all disinfected and sanitised guestrooms, and guests will receive a care pack comprising hand sanitisers, surgical masks and disinfectant wipes when they check in.
