The hotel will be managed by Park Hotel Group, but the property is owned by South Korean firm K2 Group, which specialises in credit card authorisation and financial transaction systems.

The 14-storey hotel comprises 140 rooms and family studios, and is catered to serve both leisure and business travellers. All the hotel rooms and studios have either floor-to-ceiling windows or balconies with panoramic views of the city skyline or the Hangang River. The hotel offers five room categories, Superior Room, Superior Room with Balcony, Deluxe Room, Deluxe Room with Balcony and the Premier Family Studio, which comes with two bathrooms and a kitchenette for travellers who prefer a bigger space. Facilities include a 24-hour fitness room, a business centre, a meeting room, a banquet hall, and three restaurants.

The hotel is beside the Seonyudo Station on the Seoul Subway network, and it is a 10-minute drive to the Yeouido financial hub, the city’s main financial and business district. Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport are also a 50-minute and 25-minute drive from the hotel.
