SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Paya Lebar Green, the upcoming Grade A office development off Paya Lebar Road, has been awarded the Building Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification – the highest sustainability rating by BCA.

The development has also been awarded all five sustainability badges under BCA’s Green Mark 2021 scheme in both the New Non-Residential and Existing Non-Residential Building categories. The badges are for Health and Wellbeing, Resilience, Whole Life Carbon, Intelligence, and Maintainability. Paya Lebar Green is the first building to attain all five badges under the scheme.

Paya Lebar Green is being jointly developed by Certis and Lendlease. A redevelopment of the former Certis headquarters, the project will see the refurbishment of the existing North building along with the completion of a brand new 12-storey South building. The development is set to complete in 2024.

The certification and badges awarded by BCA mark the latest in accolades received by Paya Lebar Green. The development’s South building has received the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) WELL Core Silver pre-certification as well as the WiredScore Platinum certification. Paya Lebar Green North has received a WiredScore Gold rating.
