A portfolio of nine 999-year leasehold strata commercial units have been put up for sale at a guide price of $17.69 million ($2,805 psf) by marketing agent Colliers International.

The properties include seven units at Peninsula Plaza, at a guide price of $13.89 million ($2,788 psf); one unit at The Adelphi, at a guide price of $1.8 million ($2,740 psf); and one unit at Far East Shopping Centre at an indicative price of $2 million ($2,999 psf).
The seven commercial units for sale in Peninsula Plaza comprise six retail units ranging from 463 to 862 sq ft and an office unit of 1,485 sq ft. Five of the retail units are tenanted while one is vacant. The office unit is occupied by the owner. Buyers have the option to acquire the units with the existing tenancies, says Colliers.
The unit for sale at The Adelphi spans 657 sq ft and is currently tenanted. It is approved for night club use and will be sold with the existing tenancy, says Colliers.
Meanwhile, the unit at Far East Shopping Centre spans 667 sq ft, is currently tenanted, and will be sold with existing tenancy.
The expression of interest exercise for the properties will close on Sept 3, at 3pm.
