PropNex Realty has set a Guiness World Record for the most people participating in a simultaneous Lo Hei Toss. The record was set during its 2024 Chinese New Year celebration on Feb 15, and saw 3,268 people taking part in the record-breaking event.

The Chinese New Year event took place across exhibition halls A, B, and C at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre on Feb 15. The lavish celebration comprised 439 tables laden with 888 platters of Yu Sheng and attendees included PropNex management and staff, PropNex salespersons, and guests.

“With our newly bolstered leadership team, we wanted to do something special in 2024 to show our unity as a team,” says Ismail Gafoor, executive chairman and CEO of PropNex Realty. He adds: “What better way to demonstrate PropNex’s market leadership, solidarity and fortitude than setting a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title? This is an apt way to welcome the Year of the Dragon and we look forward to a 2024 filled with success and prosperity within the dynamic real estate landscape.”
