Queen Astrid Gardens relaunched at $123.8 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Queen Astrid Gardens, a four-storey residential development, has been relaunched for sale at a reserve price of $123.8 million ($1,989 psf on land area). Knight Frank Singapore is representing the interests of the owners of Queen Astrid Gardens via their collective sale committee.

Sitting on 62,243 sq ft of land in the Queen Astrid Park Good Class Bungalow (GCB) Area, the development was put on the market at a guide price of $126.8 million ($2,307 psf on land area) in September last year.

The development has a lease of 999 years, and comprises 16 residential apartments ranging from 2,411 sq ft to 2,573 sq ft.

The current development has a frontage of more than 100m onto Queen Astrid Garden. It can be retained as apartments or rebuilt into a single mansion. There is also potential to sub-divide the plot into up to four GCB parcels, subject to approval by the relevant authorities.

The tender for Queen Astrid Gardens will close on March 31 at 3pm.
