The 280-room hotel will consist of rooms and suites from 451 sq ft to 903 sq ft. They will feature contemporary interiors. The hotel will also boast a Chinese restaurant and an international all-day dining restaurant. There will also be eight function spaces, including an 10,760 sq ft ballroom.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Changyuan, will be the hotel group’s second location in Henan after Radisson Blu Hotel, Zhengzhou Huji, which opened in 2018.
