Radisson Hotel Group expands footprint in China

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - International hotelier Radisson Hotel Group has opened a new hotel in China under its Radisson Collection brand. The new property is called Radisson Collection Resort, Nanjing and is in the Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition Park in Nanjing, China. “We are delighted to unveil our latest Radisson Collection member in China. Following the brand’s debut in Shanghai earlier this year, the opening of Radisson Collection Resort, Nanjing represents another major milestone as it becomes the first Radisson Collection resort in Asia Pacific,” says Gary Ye, vice-president, operations, China, Radisson Hotel Group.

The new resort is branded as a “chic and stylish” five-star retreat within the park’s integrated tourism complex. The design of the hotel is inspired by the scenery of the location with features floral gardens, hot springs, and mountains.

The hotel consists of 151 rooms and suites and all rooms boast with either garden of lake views. Rooms also come with amenities such as Nespresso machines, Dyson hair dryers, LED TVs, and free Wi-Fi. Other common amenities include a hot spring spa, a 24hr fitness centre, and two speciality restaurants. The hotel also features a 500-pax ballroom.

The Radisson Collection brand operates 15 hotels in cities such as Brussels, London, and Moscow. The brand has more than 20 new hospitality properties in the pipeline in cities such as Paris, Milan, and Cairo.
