Radisson Hotel Group is expanding in Indonesia with an upcoming property in Bali, Indonesia. The hotel group, owned by China’s Jinjiang International, recently inked a deal with real estate developer ANTA Group to sign ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu under the Radisson Individuals brand.
The soft brand enables independent hotels and regional chains to affiliate with the Radisson platform, gaining access to its distribution network, booking systems and loyalty programs, while keeping their individual design, name and character.
Slated to open in 2027, ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu will offer 116 serviced apartments. Located along Jalan Shortcut Teratai Batu Bolong in Canggu, along Bali’s south coast, it is approximately an hour’s drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, and close to famous surfer beaches such as Echo Beach, Batu Bolong Beach, and Berawa Beach.
Each unit at ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu offers either balconies or terraces with efficient design and storage facilities, while ground-floor units will have private pools. Curated for young digital nomads, the property features a co-working space alongside event areas for workshops and gatherings. The hotel also has a rooftop bar, pool bar and lounge, with an all-day dining restaurant and cafe. Other amenities include a gym and treatment areas.
The hotel is being developed by ANTA Group, a company founded by Ukrainian entrepreneur Anton Taraneko. The company specialises in developments in tourist locations, with projects across Indonesia and Turkey.
In a Dec 10 press release, Radisson states ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu will add to its existing portfolio in Indonesia, comprising 579 keys from three operational hotels. It also has three properties under development with another 405 keys.
Ramzy Fenianos, chief development officer for Asia Pacific at Radisson Hotel Group, says “This signing strengthens our presence in Indonesia and demonstrates our commitment to investing in markets and product types that owners and guests are asking for."
