SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Raffles Family Office (RFO), a Hong Kong-headquartered multi-family office that offers wealth management services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, has announced the appointment of Joe Kwan as a managing partner.

Kwan will oversee the creation of a new Raffles Real Estate team, which will be an RFO’s advanced wealth solutions unit. He will be based at RFO’s Southeast Asia hub in Singapore.

Kwan joins RFO from boutique real estate investment firm Sakal Real Estate Partners, which he co-founded. His previous positions include head of Singapore for private equity real estate firm Chelsfield Asia and global fund manager for UBS Global Asset Management, where he was also head of research and strategy for Asia Pacific real estate.
