Central Pattana, a major Thai retail-led real estate developer, will invest THB110 billion (about $4.38 billion) between 2026 and 2030 to expand mixed-use developments nationwide.
This will position the company to capture long-term growth in urbanisation and domestic consumption, it said in an April 8 press release.
The investment will focus on large-scale, retail-led, mixed-use projects that integrate retail, residential, office and public spaces to create new economic districts and enhance urban connectivity.

The projects are expected to drive long-term recurring income growth, supported by sustained traffic and tenant sales across its portfolio.
A key component of the plan is the expansion of Bangkok’s commercial landscape across both established and emerging CBDs.
These include Bangkok’s so-called “super core CBD”, which is anchored by the centralwOrld shopping complex and Central Park mall at the prestigious corner of Silom and Rama IV Road.
There will also be new projects in the Rama 9 area and the emerging Ladprao-Phahonyothin residential and commercial corridor, which is being developed into a new northern Bangkok district.
The developer said its flagship “City of the Future” project, located in a northern Bangkok satellite area, will span a sprawling 297 acres (120.2ha), making it the biggest development in its portfolio.
Outside Bangkok, the company plans to expand in key regional growth centres including Nonthaburi and Khon Kaen, supporting decentralised economic development.

“Our model continues to generate sustainable traffic, tenant sales and long-term asset value, while contributing to broader economic ecosystems.” said Central Pattana chief executive Wallaya Chirathivat.
The company operates 142 projects in Thailand. Its portfolio includes shopping centres with integrated hotels, offices, and residences such as condominiums and detached houses.
