Retail units at Holland Road Shopping Centre and industrial unit at 211 Henderson up for sale

The Lim family behind established home furnishings store, Lim’s Arts & Living, has placed its nine retail units at Holland Road Shopping Centre and one industrial unit at 211 Henderson for sale by public tender.

The nine freehold retail units at Holland Road Shopping Centre are sized from 237 sq ft to 732 sq ft with a combined strata area of 4,100 sq ft. They are currently vacant and located on the second floor of the four-storey shopping mall. The guide price starts from $1.09 million ($4,600 psf) for the smallest unit to $4.17 million ($5,700 psf) for the latest unit. The guide price for the nine retail units at Holland Road Shopping Centre is $20.85 million. The shopping mall is conveniently located in front of the exit of Holland Village MRT station.

The freehold industrial unit at 211 Henderson which has a strata area of 4,962 sq ft, will also be sold with vacant possession. The unit is ideal for Business 1 use and has a guide price of $3.225 million ($650 psf).

Buyers have the option to purchase units on an individual basis or the entire portfolio of nine retail units and one industrial unit for $24.07 million, according to Sammi Lim, director of investment properties at CBRE who is handling the sale. The properties have been put up for tender, which will close on August 23.
