Savills appoints Neil Brookes as executive managing director for Apac capital markets

Savills has announced the appointment of Neil Brookes as the executive managing director for its Asia Pacific (Apac) capital markets team. The role is based in Singapore.

Brookes joins Savills after 12 years at Knight Frank. He joined the latter as its Apac head of capital markets in 2013, before subsequently being promoted to global head of capital markets in 2021. 

In a Nov 10 press release, Savills says Brookes brings over 20 years of experience advising private wealth, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms and global institutions, and has brokered more than US$15 billion ($19.54 billion) in cross-border transactions.

Brookes’ appointment comes two months after Savills announced the appointment of Emily Fell as senior director in its Apac capital markets team, focusing on living sectors. Fell was also previously from Knight Frank, where she spent 14 years at the company and was most recently its head of global capital strategies.
