Savills Investment Management appoints Yo-Hann Tan as managing director, client capital

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - International real estate manager Savills Investment Management has appointed Yo-Hann Tan to the role of managing director, client capital. Yo-Hann will be based in Singapore and will report to Michal Flynn, co-head, global client capital.

In his new appointment, Yo-Hann will be responsible for further developing Savill’s Investment Management’s strategic capital partnerships in key markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong.

“It is great to join the team at Savills IM, and I very much look forward to working with my colleagues globally to build on the existing successful business in Asia Pacific,” says Yo-Hann.

He joins the Savills team from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was CEO of its Hong Kong business and held other senior management positions such as head of APAC for BNP Paribas Real Estate and director, BNP Paribas Real Estate Singapore.

“We are delighted to welcome a professional with Yo-Hann’s skillset and experience in direct and indirect real estate to Savills IM. We are boosting our position in Asia Pacific private equity real estate and having Yo-Hann on board will facilitate this growth,” says Flynn.
