September launch for “build-and-book online” Sunway GRID apartments in Malaysia

Sunway Property will be rolling out the RM374 million Sunway GRID in Sunway Iskandar with a first-of-its customised layout feature.

The project comprises 501 apartments with built-up sizes of 584 and 772 sq ft, 74 designer offices ranging from 791 to 2,243 sq ft and 41 retail lots of ranging from 879 to 2,240 sq ft.

Buyers for the apartment units can book a unit online and customise the layout of their property on the project’s dedicated online portal.

The indicative price for the apartments are from RM350,000 while prices for the designer offices and retail lots will start at RM690,000 and RM990,000, respectively.

Considered the first “build-and-buy-online” homes, Sunway GRID apartments will be launched next month.

The development is aimed at young homebuyers, especially those who are working in Singapore and may not have the time to pay a visit to the sales gallery, said CEO of Sunway Iskandar Gerard Soosay at a media briefing yesterday.



He added that Sunway Property wants to provide flexibility for customers in the buying process of the apartments and in their choice of layouts for their respective units.

Another launch is the Citrine Lakehomes at the Lakeview Precinct of Sunway Iskandar slated for the fourth quarter of this year.

With a gross development value of RM330 million, Citrine Lakehomes consists of 361 townhouses and link houses with indicative prices of RM550,000 and RM760,000, respectively. They are set to be completed  by 2020.

In conjunction with the upcoming launches, the developer has introduced the Sunway Iskandar Buyer Appreciation Campaign.

The campaign started on Aug 1 and will end on Dec 31, 2017, with participants standing a chance to win a Sunway GRID apartment unit.
