Shun Tak Holdings Limited is one of the leading real estate developers in Hong Kong and Macau. Adding to its prestigious portfolio, the group will be launching luxury condominium Park Nova at 18 Tomlinson Road in prime District 10, as part of the group’s expansion of its Asia portfolio in Singapore.

It follows the group’s investment in 2016 of 111 Somerset Road, which offers 766,660 sq ft of office units, medical suites and two levels of retail podium, and the acquisition of 9 Cuscaden Road the same year, which is being redeveloped into a five-star luxury hotel. In 2018, the Group further acquired two prime residential plots — the sites of Les Maisons Nassim and Park Nova. Both of these projects will be launched for sale this year.

Harnessing its cross-sectoral strengths in property development and first class tourism and hospitality services, Shun Tak has conceived Park Nova, a condominium that combines a modern luxury lifestyle with sustainable living, which offers 54 exclusive freehold residences ranging from 1,432 sq ft to 5,899 sq ft in size.

The name Park Nova is an extension of the first-ever flagship integrated community, which the Group introduced into Macau two decades ago. “Nova” speaks to the birth of a bright new star full of energy, promising new possibilities and new beginnings.

Elsewhere in the region, the group’s other benchmark residential developments include One Central and the Nova collection in Macau, as well as The Belcher’s, Liberte and Chatham Gate in Hong Kong. In China, Shun Tak actively participates in the nation’s key development areas with large-scale integrated projects in Qiantan and Suhe Bay Shanghai, Tongzhou Beijing and Hengqin Zhuhai. It is also developing world-class “health cities” in Tianjin and Kunming.

Dynamic biophilic design

PLP Architecture, the architectural firm appointed to design Park Nova, created a unique architectural effect that mimics the form of a butterfly, symbolising the reading of a dynamic object that is constantly changing from day to night. PLP Architecture is a London-based award-winning firm known for designing retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use spaces across the world.

Each level of the structure has verdant communal planters, creating the visual effect of a lush vertical garden, achieving the integration of the development’s lush surroundings with the infrastructure. The biophilic design of the 21-storey building promotes cooling cross-ventilation.

Residents of Park Nova will be able to see Singapore’s stunning skylines transform as well, from the breaking of dawn to dusk, as units offer 270-degree views over the city. Towards the east, future residents can see the hustle and bustle of the Orchard Road shopping district, and towards the south, the building faces a tranquil landed residential estate. Selected units enjoy unobstructed views of the green lung of Singapore Botanic Gardens.

The facilities within Park Nova promote health and well-being, including the swimming pools, outdoor lounges, a jacuzzi and a garden pavilion. There are also sky terraces and gardens on the 14th floor, offering magnificent views of the calm sanctuary of Park Nova.

Tranquil and convenient

Park Nova is conveniently located on 18 Tomlinson Road, in close proximity to premium shopping malls along the bustling Orchard Road, as well as unparalleled F&B options.

The development is a short three-minute walk to the Orchard Boulevard MRT Station and a nine-minute walk to Orchard MRT Station, offering access to two separate MRT lines that provide convenient connectivity to the rest of the city. The CBD is only a 10-minute drive away.

For families, the property is located near ISS International School (Elementary and Middle School Campus), as well as local schools such as Anglo-Chinese School (Primary) and ACS Barker Road. World-class medical facilities such as Gleneagles Hospital and Camden Medical Centre are also nearby.

When in need of exercise and relaxation, residents need only stroll, jog or cycle to the Unesco- listed Singapore Botanic Gardens. With lush greenery within its own compound, Park Nova is a private enclave of nature, situated right by the bustling Orchard Road precinct. It embodies a cosmopolitan appeal that is also tranquil and relaxed at the same time.

Aside from excellent connectivity offered by Park Nova’s location, Shun Tak’s specialty in curating comfort according to impeccable tastes has resulted in spacious layouts, meticulously planned for the enjoyment of residents. The bedrooms are placed at the perimeter of the facade, so that they will enjoy natural light and views of the vicinity.

Details in every corner of the units will be painstakingly deliberated and executed. Each unit’s interior will have refined design finishes on the floors, walls and ceilings. The kitchen will be fitted with high-end appliances from Miele and the bathroom will be fitted with sanitary wares and fittings from Vola and Laufen. Additionally, the built-in wardrobes and kitchen system in the units will be from designer Italian brand Molteni & C Dada, while those in the penthouses will be from its Armani Dada Collection.

There will also be a high-end concierge service, which will offer assistance when it comes to booking private rides and making reservations at Michelin starred restaurants. It is clear— Shun Tak is delivering a star of a property, harking back to its decades of experience providing acclaimed hospitality across Hong Kong, China and beyond. To add to that privacy and prestige, all units will enjoy private lift access and dedicated residential lobbies.

Discerning buyers can choose from 54 exclusive units, which include two-bedroom plus study at 1,432 sq ft; three-bedroom plus study at 2,207 sq ft; and four-bedroom from 2,896 sq ft. Penthouses range from 3,229 to 5,899 sq ft.

Park Nova is an ultra high-quality property that redefines the notion of urban luxury living along with prestige, privacy and abundance. The development reflects true luxury living, evident in the high levels of practicality and comfort offered by its units. It is an heirloom-worthy asset for sophisticated and discerning buyers, meant to be passed on from one generation to the next.
