Sim Lian JV (Vision) announced that it would launch about 200,000 sq ft of office space at Vision Exchange for lease. The space is located on the top eight floors — levels 18 to 25 — where floor plates average 25,000 sq ft. The minimum subdivision of units is 2,000 sq ft.

Vision Exchange is a 25-storey development in the Jurong Gateway regional centre comprising F&B and medical suites on the first two levels. Offices are located in the tower block from the sixth to 25th floors. The development is scheduled to be completed in 1Q2017.
