Six strata commercial units within Peninsula Plaza on North Bridge Road have been put on the market by an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise.
Collectively, the six units have a guide price of $8.6 million to $9 million, according to a March 4 press release by appointed marketing agent Sakal Real Estate Partners. The units can be bought collectively or individually. If bought individually, the units are priced from $1.1 million each.
Located within the Civic District, Peninsula Plaza is a 30-storey commercial development comprising shops and offices. It has a tenure of 999 years from 1829.

The six units for sale are located at the second, third and fifth storey of the mall’s retail podium. They occupy between 398 sq ft and 1,281 sq ft, with a total strata area of 2,583 sq ft. This translates into a guide price ranging from $3,329 psf to $3,484 psf.
Currently, all of the units are tenanted and are not subjected to goods and services tax, additional buyer’s stamp duty and seller’s stamp duty. According to the press release, most of the units are escalator-facing and enjoy high footfall.
The EOI exercise will close on April 17 at 3pm.
