SL Capital, a joint venture between Sustained Land, Ho Lee Group, Kwong Lee Land and Penjuru Capital, will be launching the freehold Sky Everton (formerly Asia Gardens) on Saturday, June 22.

The 262-unit Sky Everton has units with ceiling height of 3.25 metres. Unit sizes range from 463 sq ft for a one-bedroom apartment to 2,228 sq ft for the largest penthouse, which comprises six bedrooms and a private lift. Indicative prices start from $1.14 million for a one-bedroom unit.

This launch follows the “overwhelming response” received from its preview last weekend, says Irene Ng, general manager of Sustained Land. Future owners can “expect growth potential in the future when the 2019 Master Plan takes urban living to the next level”, she adds, pointing to the property’s strategic location and attractive entry prices.

Sky Everton is within a 10-minute walk to the upcoming Cantonment MRT Station on the Circle Line, and Outram Park Interchange Station for the North-East, East-West, and Thomson-East Coast Lines. It is near malls such as Tanjong Pagar Centre, 100 AM Mall, and Icon Village. Cantonment Primary School is a five-minute drive from the development.

The development has four levels of facilities, and an infinity pool. There is also a hydro massage therapy and hot spa available. Residents can head to the 14th floor for a workout, while dining and relaxation areas are at The Sky Club on the 24th storey.

The project is expected to be completed in 2023.
