A cluster of twenty heritage bungalows in Sembawang have been launched for tender by the Singapore Land Authority (SLA). The properties are up for lease with a tenure of five years, with an option to extend for another four years.

The two-storey black-and-white bungalows are located along Admiralty Road East, Falkland Road, Auckland Road West and Fiji Road. Completed in the 1920s and 1930s, the properties occupy an area of about 245,300 sq ft and have an estimated total gross floor area (GFA) of 94,945 sq ft.

The bungalows are available for lease with serviced apartment use, including multi-generational and senior co-living concepts. F&B and retail use are allowed, subject to a GFA not exceeding 9,580 sq ft. The minimum stay for a serviced apartment is one week.
