SLP and Scotia announced on Aug 23 that they have entered into an agreement to combine their associate agencies into a unified agency. The company has set aside $3 million to support this merger and empower their salespersons in their real estate agency business. The investment will include a team building package, real estate investment training, digital marketing technology tools, agency clubhouses and global offices.

Following this merger, SLP Realty will be renamed as “SLP Scotia”; the parent companies, SLP International and Scotia Real Estate Group will continue to work collaboratively to build business opportunities for SLP Scotia.

The merger exercise is expected to complete by 31 Dec 2017.
