According to a May 27 press release by SRI, the event marks the firm’s foray into international project marketing. “We are excited for what is to come and look forward to future collaborations with other prestigious overseas developers, starting with St James,” says Tony Koe, CEO of SRI. “We are committed to building a team of specialists who will be equipped to handle the sales of international investment properties namely from the Australian, UK and the USA market”, Koe adds.

White City Living is a development by St James, a member of The Berkeley Group. Located in West London, in the northern part of Shepherd’s Bush, the development encompasses over 2,300 homes. It will also house commercial properties and eight acres of open green landscaping, including a new five-acre public park.

At the private event, over 60 quests were given a closer look at Cassini, a 35-storey residential tower at White City Living offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with sizes starting from 549 sq ft.  Residences on the lower levels will have views of White City Living’s Central Gardens and Water Gardens, while those at the higher levels will enjoy panoramic views across the city. Guests were also given the opportunity to test drive the new Lamborghini Huracán STO during the event.
