St Edward to launch Westminster development 9 Millbank

St Edward will launch 9 Millbank, a new flagship development on the banks of the River Thames in the heart of Westminster, on 12 and 13 May 2018. St Edward is a joint-venture company owned by Prudential Assurance Company and Berkeley.

9 Millbank will be surrounded by London’s iconic landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.

Millbank Quarter will be the first building to be launched at 9 Millbank. Homes at Millbank Quarter start from £999,950.



There will be a grand entrance lobby and a 24-hour concierge desk. A swimming pool, spa facilities, a fully equipped gym and a cinema will be on site for the private use of residents. Meeting rooms with dining facilities for private events and underground car parking are also available.

                        

Apartments at Millbank Quarter have been designed with large windows, and a kitchen and dining rooms with bespoke joinery. Bedrooms feature high ceilings and spacious walk-in wardrobes, and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and double-ended baths.

Due to be completed in 2022, 9 Millbank will comprise luxurious apartments and penthouses across two buildings connected by an inner courtyard. Millbank Quarter is close to the prestigious Westminster School, Francis Holland School and Chelsea College of Art. Within a three-mile radius are renowned universities, London School of Economics, Imperial College London and Kings College London. It is a 10-minute walk away from Westminster on the Jubilee Line.

An exhibition on Millbank Quarter will be held on May 12 and 13, between 11am and 7pm, at St. Regis Hotel, Diplomat Room (Ground Level).
