Pollen & Bleu, a 99-year leasehold development by SingLand, has seen robust sales since its relaunch in February. So far, 83% of the units launched in the development have been snapped up.

According to CBRE, one of the appointed marketing agents, three penthouses and all the one-bedroom- plus-study and two-bedroom units have been sold. The healthy interest has spurred SingLand to release new stacks of units facing the Singapore Botanic Gardens for sale on the weekend of April 1 and 2.

The average price of units at the project is $1,800 psf. SingLand is offering a deferred payment scheme, under which buyers will pay a 20% down payment, move into the unit and pay the remainder 24 months later.

Units at 106-unit Pollen & Bleu range from 549 sq ft for a one-bedder to 1,593 sq ft for a four-bedder. The project also contains two-bedroom loft units and a mix of three- to five-bedroom duplex penthouses ranging from 1,841 to 2,831 sq ft.
