GuocoLand’s Martin Modern drew a sizeable crowd and a steady stream of prospective buyers over the weekend of July 8-9 when the sales gallery and showflat opened for preview.

Martin Modern was highly-anticipated as it is the first large-scale condominium to be launched in the Robertson Quay area in eight years. The development, when completed at the end of 2021, will comprise 450 residential units in twin high-rise 30-storey towers set within a botanic garden.

“Martin Modern is coming into the market at a very opportune time,” says GuocoLand Singapore’s group managing director Cheng Hsing Yao. “It will benefit from the continuing growth and transformation of the Robertson Quay area when the new MRT line and future developments there come up.”

The response to Martin Modern’s first weekend preview demonstrates a resilience in demand among buyers who’re looking for a suitably-priced investment in a desirable location, says Ismail Gafoor, PropNex Realty CEO. “And we are confident that the project will be a huge success at the upcoming launch,” he adds.
