Three-bedroom unit at Harbour View Towers on the market for $1.78 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A three-bedroom unit at Harbour View Towers, located in Telok Blangah Drive in District 4, will be sold at Knight Frank’s upcoming auction on Oct 30. The 1,614 sq ft unit will be offered with a guide price of $1.78 million ($1,103 psf) in a mortgagee sale. The unit is solely marketed by Tricia Tan, deputy director of auction and sales at Knight Frank.

Spanning 1,614 sq ft, the unit is on the 11th floor and features unblocked views towards Keppel Golf Course and the Southern Ridges. The unit has a common toilet and a kitchen that is connected to a service area. It will be sold with vacant possession. Based on URA caveats, the unit fetched $1.72 million ($1,065 psf) in July 2012. In January 2008, it changed hands for $1.56 million ($965 psf).

Harbour View Towers comprises 154 units on a 99-year leasehold. Completed in 1994, the condominium features two-bedroom units of 797 sq ft, three-bedroom units of 1,206 to 2,013 sq ft, and four-bedroom units of 2,271 to 3,907 sq ft. Most units have unblocked views of Keppel Golf Course and the sea.



Potential buyers of the unit will be able to enjoy full condominium facilities such as a swimming pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi, landscaped gardens, a playground for children and barbeque pits. The site also features a two-storey covered car park.

The condominium boasts excellent connectivity by way of the West Coast Highway, and is close to Telok Blangah MRT Station and Labrador Park MRT Station on the Circle Line and Harbourfront MRT Station on the North-East and Circle Lines. The development is also close to the Southern Ridges, a 10km-long stretch which connects Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park, HortPark, Kent Ridge Park and Labrador Nature Reserve.

Over the past three years, there have been nine resale transactions at Harbour View Towers. The most expensive transaction during this period was the sale of a 1,615 sq ft, three-bedroom unit on the 30th floor for $1.99 million ($1,234 psf), on Nov 12 last year. Another similarly sized unit on the 21st floor was sold for $1.92 million ($1,192 psf) on Aug 12, 2019.
