Three-storey conservation shophouse in Boat Quay on the market for $10.8 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A three-storey conservation shophouse at 17 Circular Road, in the Boat Quay Historic Conservation District, is on the market at a guide price of $10.8 million, or $3,913 psf on the floor area, says Savills, which is marketing the property.

The 999-year leasehold shophouse occupies a land area of about 950 sq ft and has a total built-up area of about 2,760 sq ft.

It is currently fully tenanted, with the ground floor leased out to a F&B establishment, the second floor to a shop, and the third floor to a gym.

The shophouse is within walking distance to Clarke Quay MRT Station on the North East Line.
