A three-storey conservation shophouse at 93 Club Street is up for sale at $11.8 million.

The 999-year leasehold shophouse is within the Chinatown-Telok Ayer district. It sits on a 800.8 sq ft plot, has an estimated floor area of 2,885 sq ft, and is zoned for commercial use under URA’s Master Plan 2014. It has a mezzanine floor.

The property “presents an excellent opportunity for investors such as boutique funds, family offices and shophouse collectors or end-users such as F&B operators and business owners to acquire a limited piece of heritage asset within the CBD”, says Shaun Poh, executive director of capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield, which is marketing the property.

It is a four-minute walk away to Maxwell MRT Station, on the Thomson East-Coast Line, which is slated for completion in 2021.

Foreigners are eligible to purchase the property. Additional buyer’s stamp duty (ABSD) is not applicable.

The expression of interest exercise for the site will close on June 11 at 3pm.
