On Jan 17, EdgeProp collaborated with Malaysian developer EcoWorld to host the first Learning with Wine event in 2018 at the EcoWorld sales gallery. Steve Tan, sales & marketing, senior manager, opened the event with a presentation on the developer’s projects in Australia and London.

Ravin Chatlani, director, and Kathy Goh, finance executive, from Australasian Taxation Service, which is part of Australian taxation, finance and property investment services provider SMATS Group, provided advice on tax and mortgage in Victoria and New South Wales.

Members of the audience also learnt about New World versus Old World wines, in a presentation by Aude Beaumond from The French Cellar.

EdgeProp account manager Melody Tan demonstrated the use of online tools on EdgeProp.sg to check the collective sale potential of condominiums, and to receive alerts on upcoming Government Land Sales sites.
